Lions & tigers & bears, OH MY! October’s CNP at Ramsey included pumpkin painting, costumes, and a Truck or Treat featuring UVA-Wise students and faculty handing out candy to community members and their families.

November

November’s event included a barbecue meal donated by Crooked Road BBQ Company in Pound, Virginia, along with crafts for the kids, a live band, and boxes of fresh produce donated by Food City for community members to take home free of charge!

December

December’s event ushered in the holiday spirit (literally and figuratively) as UVA-Wise and LMU-DCOM students, along with community volunteers, ran a Christmas market for kids and adults alike to shop for Christmas gifts for free. In addition to shopping, gift wrapping and craft stations, along with healthy snacks, were provided! Special thanks to our usher who ensured everyone crossed the street safely!
